Join us every Friday in Hollister where we will be barbecuing some of your favorite meats, beans, garlic bread and of course our tri tip sandwiches. You can find us at 2410 Airline Highway from noon till 7:00p.m.
We have provided barbecue catering service for over 30 years. Please look over the list of menu and amenity options and we will be happy to quote you a price for your next event. If there is something that you are looking for, that you don’t see, please just ask, we might surprise you.
The Mansmith family has been barbecuing in San Benito County for over 30 years, for groups large and small.
