MANSMITH'S BBQ has over thirty years of experience in preparing gourmet feasts. There is a common misconception when comparing catering bids, which is, that all food is equal. All barbecues are not the same! For this reason we submit "proposals" rather than bids. Our barbecues include what we call the "Mansmith Factor"! A typical MANSMITH'S BBQ is an "All You Can Eat" gourmet affair! Barbecue is all we do, and I know that you and your group will be pleased with our presentation.
The most common menu, starting at $16.95 per person, plus tax & tip, (in the local area) consists of Tossed Green Salad, Ranch Style Chili Beans, Garlic French Bread, and a choice of one meat: Tri-Tip, Chicken, Pork Ribs, Beef Brisket, or Pork Shoulder. You can create your own menu from items listed below, and we would be happy to quote you a price.

Filet Mignon, Rib Eye, Sirloins, New York, T-bone, Pork Chops, Pork Loins, Baby Back Ribs, Salmon, and several variations of sausages from mild to wild.

The Mansmith’s crew travels to your site to prepare your feast and serve it buffet style. Mansmith's BBQ requires a minimum of 50 adults for on site or delivered catering.
